About Our Program

Our Program

The MyUCLAHealth Ambassadors program offers prospective volunteers meaningful patient experience and exposure in numerous clinics at Ronald Reagan Medical Center. Volunteers are trained to be experts on MyUCLAHealth, a new online web-portal that allows patients to view their medical records, communicate with their physician, and schedule appointments. Volunteers work 1-on-1 with patients and clinical staff to sign-up and train interested patients, as well as conduct surveys to assess overall experience and help improve the UCLA Health system as a whole.
